Sleep Woodstock Motel Policies/House Rules

Motel Policy/House Rules

We provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly Woodstock, VT motel experience, possible in part by the policies we’ve developed for individual travelers and groups reserving room blocks. The following Motel Policy/House Rules have been established based on industry standards and our personal experience and are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. By reading and signing your Motel registration, you are agreeing to abide by all of our Motel Policy/House Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures. Our Motel Policy/House Rules may change from time to time, so please check back often. Our Motel Policy/House Rules are posted on our website, and a copy is available at Reception.

Rates

All rates are quoted in United States currency and are subject to change at any time without notice, at the Motel’s discretion. Rates are based upon double occupancy, and additional guests in a room will automatically be charged a fee of $15.00 per person per night. Up to two children under the age of 13 may stay with paying adults at no additional cost if using existing beds. There will be an additional charge of $15.00 per person per night for each child over the limit. Children 13 years of age and up are considered adults for purposes of room rates. When making reservations you must advise the Motel of the correct number of guests. Should it be found that additional guests are in the room beyond what is indicated on the reservation, the appropriate charges will be added.

By signing your Motel registration, you expressly authorize us to charge your credit card for the cost of additional guests staying in your room.

For guests who are wondering how much to tip, here’s what Emily Post says: “$2-$5 per day, left daily with a note marked “Housekeeping”.
