Rates
All rates are quoted in United States currency and are subject to change at any time without notice, at the Motel’s discretion. Rates are based upon double occupancy, and additional guests in a room will automatically be charged a fee of $15.00 per person per night. Up to two children under the age of 13 may stay with paying adults at no additional cost if using existing beds. There will be an additional charge of $15.00 per person per night for each child over the limit. Children 13 years of age and up are considered adults for purposes of room rates. When making reservations you must advise the Motel of the correct number of guests. Should it be found that additional guests are in the room beyond what is indicated on the reservation, the appropriate charges will be added.
By signing your Motel registration, you expressly authorize us to charge your credit card for the cost of additional guests staying in your room.
Taxes
The state of Vermont and the town of Woodstock each require collection of a “Meals and Rooms Tax” which will be added to the room rates indicated at the time of your reservation.

Well behaved children of all ages are welcome. Please see the RATES section for cost. As parents, guardians, or chaperones, you are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise your children at all times. For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to roam the Motel property unsupervised.

We welcome well-trained dogs and their responsible owners in Pet-Friendly Rooms only. Not all rooms are Pet-Friendly, to allow for guests who may have allergies or who are concerned about staying in Pet-Friendly Rooms. Please be sure you have selected a Pet-Friendly Room.
There is an additional charge of $20.00 per night per dog (with the exception of registered service animals with appropriate papers, for which there is no additional fee) with a maximum of two dogs allowed per unit. Rooms that require special cleaning due to animal stains, or rooms where guests have brought animals to stay without first notifying Sleep Woodstock Motel, will be assessed an additional $250.00 cleaning fee.
All canine guests must have up-to-date vaccinations, be flea- and tick-free and of a gentle nature. Dogs may not be left alone in the room unless crated nor are they allowed on beds and furniture, and they must be leashed and under control of their owners at all times while on our property. We reserve the right to ask doggie parents to leave the Motel without refund in the event another guest complains about barking or other issues. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets on Motel property and in the neighborhood.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sleep Woodstock, its owners and operators from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest’s pet, including property damage and/or personal injury.
By signing your Motel registration, you expressly authorize us to charge your credit card for the cost of all cleaning fees and/or damages.

Gratuities
Many people have asked us how staff gratuities should be handled. We believe that service is a profession, and that tips for value-added services are completely at the guest’s discretion. For guests who are wondering how much to tip, here’s what Emily Post says: “$2-$5 per day, left daily with a note marked “Housekeeping”.
