Asian fare in Woodstock VT?
Yup, and it’s good too. We dined at Angkor Wat and totally enjoyed every dish. Chy Tuckerman, chef and owner, born in Cambodia came to the U.S. at age 14 and landed in Woodstock in 1997.
The Asian Fusion menu has some faves for us like Vegetarian Spring Rolls, Dumplings and Fried Shrimp seasoned with sesame & coconut for starters. That’s where I need to be careful as I could make that my meal and miss out on awesome entrees including Stir Fry Ginger Chicken or Seafood Combo; or noodle dishes like Drunken Noodles or Chy’s Pad Thai; or traditional Cambodian dishes—Kymer Beef or Shrimp on Rice Noodles, Khtieau noodle soup or Beef Chow Foon; or House Specials, Crispy Ginger Fish, Duck Breast Stir Fry Noodle or Pork Shank.
You can then top it all off with a Fried Spring Roll (yum), Cheesecakes, or custard.
